License Agreement

Each template is created with intention—to support your process, refine your presentation, and elevate the way you deliver your work. This License Agreement outlines how these resources may be used and protected.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any AEIRTE templates, you agree to the terms below.

01. Grant of License

AEIRTE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our templates within your business.

This includes:

  • Use for your own interior design projects
  • Use across unlimited client projects
  • Use by you and, if applicable, your internal team

This license is granted to a single business entity and may not be shared beyond it.

02. Permitted Use

You are welcome to customize and adapt the templates to align with your brand and workflow.

You may:

  • Edit, modify, and personalize templates
  • Use them in client-facing presentations and deliverables
  • Incorporate them into your design process as a working tool

03. Restrictions

To protect the integrity of our work, the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing, distributing, or transferring template files to any third party
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the templates in any form
  • Using the templates to create, sell, or distribute competing products
  • Copying or repurposing template designs, layouts, or content for commercial resale
  • Providing template files to clients, students, or collaborators beyond final deliverables

The templates must remain a tool within your business—not a product for redistribution.

04. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content remain the exclusive property of AEIRTE.

This license does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

05. Image & Content Disclaimer

Some templates may include placeholder imagery or example content for demonstration purposes only.

You are responsible for:

  • Replacing images with your own or properly licensed visuals
  • Ensuring all final content aligns with your brand and usage rights

06. Breach & Termination

Any violation of this agreement will result in immediate termination of your license.

AEIRTE reserves the right to revoke access and pursue legal action if necessary to protect its intellectual property.

07. Limitation of Liability

Templates are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

AEIRTE is not liable for:

  • Business outcomes or results from use
  • Software compatibility issues
  • Any indirect or incidental damages

08. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
